Hi, I’m Lea

I support individuals who are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, depression, trauma, or simply feeling a little lost or unsure of their next steps. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start—just showing up is enough. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in meeting you exactly where you are. I draw from CBT, person-centered therapy, and DBT, while weaving in mindfulness, grounding, therapeutic art, and reflective practices to help you feel more connected to yourself.

Together, we’ll create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and make sense of what you’re carrying—while also building coping tools that feel realistic and doable in your everyday life.

I feel especially connected to working with individuals ages 15–40, though I truly welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds. I often work well with those who are thoughtful and self-aware but feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in a season of change. If you’re looking for a space that feels warm, safe, and supportive—with guidance you can actually use outside of sessions—you’re in the right place.

My Approach

When we work together, you’ll have a warm, calm, and supportive space to explore what matters to you. I focus on helping you feel understood, organize your thoughts, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with your inner clarity and resilience. Healing isn’t linear—some sessions may feel challenging, while others may bring laughter or relief. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, honoring what you need in the moment, and help you leave each session with both insight and practical strategies to carry into your daily life—so you can move forward with confidence, balance, and self-compassion.

Reiki Therapy

In addition to her therapy work, Lea is certified in Reiki levels 1–3 and enjoys offering this calming, restorative practice as part of her holistic approach. For clients who are interested, Reiki can be a gentle way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional healing.

A holistic Approach

Lea takes a holistic, heart-centered approach to therapy, meeting each client exactly where they are in their journey. She believes healing isn’t one-size-fits-all and gently integrates mindfulness practices to help clients slow down, reconnect, and build a deeper sense of awareness. Lea creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, grounded, and empowered to grow at your own pace.
