Hi, I’m Faith.

I’m a young therapist with an old soul, a love for all things vintage, and a firm belief that therapy does not have a one-size-fits-all approach.

I’m laid-back, easygoing, and genuinely invested in the people I work with. I’ll be your biggest hype girl when you need someone in your corner, but I’ll also lovingly call you out when you need to hear the truth. I care deeply about my clients and believe that being real and authentic is one of the most important parts of building a meaningful therapeutic relationship.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and sometimes a little unconventional. We might sit criss-cross applesauce, go for a walk while we talk, find an analogy for absolutely everything, or get creative with an activity that helps you express something that words cannot. If you need a music recommendation along the way, I probably have one for you. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and not worry about performing or having the “right” answer.

As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), I have experience providing individual and group therapy, along with a background in research. I am trained in trauma-informed care and substance use, and I particularly enjoy working with young adults, relationships, and people navigating the transitions that come with growing, changing, and figuring out what comes next.

I have a special interest in helping people understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, work through difficult experiences, and build a life that truly feels like their own.

My Approach

I bring a fresh perspective to the therapy room, along with a little old-soul wisdom. As the youngest of three sisters, I’ve always had natural big-sister energy—equal parts supportive, honest, protective, and occasionally willing to tell you when you’re being ridiculous.

My goal is never to judge you or tell you who you should be. Instead, I want to help you better understand yourself and feel more confident moving through the world as you are.

Who I work with

Humans 13 & older, who need support & are ready to make some changes! I work with mood disorders, low self esteem, relational issues, substance struggles & so much more

Fun Facts

Outside of the therapy room, Faith is usually hunting for something good at a thrift store, adding to her vinyl collection, planning her next adventure, getting excited about Halloween, appreciating art and tattoos, or hanging out with her dog, Jelly Bean, who is very much her little bestie. She loves traveling, trying new things, and saying yes to experiences that push her outside of her comfort zone.
