Support groups

Support groups offer a space to feel seen, heard, and understood—without having to go through things alone.

There’s comfort in connecting with others who truly get it, whether you’re sharing or simply listening.

Support groups for kids & teens

Art Therapy Group

Sometimes it’s hard for kids to put big feelings into words—and that’s okay. This group offers a fun, supportive space where kids can express themselves through art, creativity, and play.

Therapeutic art gives children a natural way to explore emotions, process experiences, and release feelings they may not yet have the words for. Creating can help kids feel calmer, build confidence, improve emotional awareness, and develop healthy ways to cope—all while engaging their imagination.

Through drawing, painting, and hands-on activities, kids are encouraged to express themselves in their own unique way. There’s no “right” way to create here—just space to be themselves, feel supported, and have fun along the way.
