Support groups we offer
Adult Trauma Processing
This group offers a safe, supportive space for adults to gently explore and process past experiences at their own pace. You don’t have to carry it all alone—here, you’ll find understanding, connection, and the opportunity to begin making sense of what you’ve been through.
Whether you choose to share or simply listen, you’re welcome exactly as you are. Together, we focus on building insight, fostering healing, and creating a sense of safety within yourself and in connection with others.

Mindfulness & Holistic Healing Group
This group offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and care for your mind and body. Through gentle mindfulness practices, you’ll learn how to stay present, manage stress, and respond to life with greater awareness and intention.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or returning to it, you’re welcome here—just as you are. Together, we create space for healing, grounding, and finding a little more ease in your day-to-day life.

Teen emotions & self care support group
Being a teen can feel like a lot sometimes—big emotions, changing relationships, and pressure from all directions. This group offers a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and learn ways to take care of yourself along the way.
Through connection, conversation, and simple self-care tools, teens can build confidence, emotional awareness, and healthier ways to cope. Whether you feel like sharing or just listening, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

This group offers a safe, affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to connect, share, and feel understood. Whether you’re exploring your identity, navigating relationships, or simply looking for community, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

Our support groups are held in the basement of our building at 28 W Nebraska (it’s not creepy - we promise!)

Each attendee will be entered into our system and will have a card on file that we will charge for their attendance. Support groups are NOT covered by insurance and our self pay only.
